Change or cancel your order
If for any reason you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com or call +44 (0) 1273 796195. However, we are not able to make any changes once your order has been dispatched.
To ensure your item arrives in good condition we use Royal Mail or sometimes DPD or other reputable courier service. This typical takes 2 to 3 working days to arrive to the UK. It takes longer for overseas.

Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your pads you may return them for a full refund (excluding postage charges) within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products we can only offer returns or exchange if the items have not been used and are returned to us in their original packaging.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty we will exchange it at no cost to you. Although please bear in mind that our products are made by people and not machines and so some minor variation my occur.

Please include your order number, the items description and some photographic evidence of the damage. We will get back in touch with you as soon as we have investigated the problem.
Your returns parcel remains your responsibility until it has been received by us, and we will email you to confirm its arrival.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item..
Any refunds will usually be processed within 7 working days.
